A media preview component

I was creating a feature on my project using shadcn-svelte and discovered there's no component for media preview. (image, video and audio). A component that previews the media content using FileReader or URL.createObjectURL

I thought to raise the PR there but I felt like the philosophy behind that project will be broken, hence the reason I'm dropping here.

I created a repo where you can check it out.
I will update the repo with time to complete the checklist, but I thought to share it here.

At the moment, the component can only preview images from file input HTML Elements.
I will include other media types eventually. It also handles HEIC images using the heic-to plugin.
