Update powerapps-flow-licensing-faq.md

Removing "Dataverse" from the list of connectors reclassified from standard to premium in Oct. 2019. The aim is to undo the following commit: MicrosoftDocs/power-platform-pr@07b284f

It was mistakenly added to this list in attempt to reflect that maker experiences previously didn't should a 'premium' icon for Dataverse but it now does. Dataverse has always been premium before and after Oct. 2019. The addition of the 'premium' labelling in maker experiences should be documented elsewhere.
