Bugs and enhancements in the Arabic page

Hello @marcprux, I opened another thread to get your attention to some issues.

1. Bugs:

The countdown counter in the Arabic page is broken. It doesn't display the Day and Hour, and the first character came out of nowhere. It did not come from my translation.

From the image: 1. That first character is the surprise letter. 2. This is where the missing Day and Hour should appear.

BTW the counter is working fine in the Farsi page:

I looked at the pull request, and both Farsi and Arabic translations were completed in the same exact way. #133 #127.

2. Enhancements:

2.1: Align English text to the left. It doesn't have to be displayed to the left of the screen, just aligned to the left within it's table or block. Example:

2.2: Need more translation in footer for Mastodon and "Add countdown to your site`:

2.3: Would be nice if hovering over buttons would show a translation:

2.4: The Arabic font is not the best, in my opinion. I suggest using this one instead, or something visually similar if possible:
