Make a new project in Ximera

Use this repository to create a new Ximera project by clicking the "Use This Template" button in the upper right hand corner.

The key files for Ximera deployment are:

.vscode (contains our VS Code scripts)
xmScripts (contains a configfile, and the script 'xmlatex' to compile Ximera files)
global.css (for look on the web)
.gitignore (update to the most recent version)
.devcontainer (Only if you wish to work in Codespace)
