What would you like to be added (User Story)?
As a developer I would like to add cluster-api-provider-cloudscale (CAPCS) to the list of providers so that I can document and use clusterctl with it
Detailed Description
The provider is currently in development and I plan to open the respective PR to add it to all the necessary places soon. This issue is merely to follow process and ensure CAPCS is a valid abbreviation to use.
