Upgraded to navigation SDK master as of mapbox/mapbox-navigation-ios@f634a37, which incorporates mapbox/mapbox-navigation-ios#2230. The biggest change is the removal of the Objective-C example, since Objective-C is no longer supported.
Hold until navigation SDK v0.40.0 is released.
