Is the official MCP server at https://docs.medusajs.com/mcp down? I'm getting a connection timeout error. curl -v -H "Accept: text/event-stream" https://docs.medusajs.com/mcp I am getting a 502 error.

That is the correct URL. The 502 error in your curl command confirms the backend service for the documentation is failing or the proxy cannot reach it.

Since https://docs.medusajs.com/mcp is the official endpoint for Cursor and Claude integrations, this is not a configuration issue on your side. There is likely a service outage with the docs infrastructure. I would check the Medusa Discord for status updates as the team will need to investigate the deployment. You cannot bypass a 502 gateway error from the client side, so you will just have to wait for the service to come back up.
