@lawlormt Just to cover the most obvious thing, have you exported the prices? In order for FinOps hubs to populate missing prices, you also need to export your price sheet. Once the prices are ingested, the next cost ingestion should populate the missing prices. We are aware of a potential issue where the data may not be getting populated, but we don't know how expansive that is. Most of us don't have an account to be able to debug and test this for MCA, which also makes it a bit challenging. |

@flanakin thanks for getting back to me. Yes absolutely the price sheets were exported. One thing I cant say for sure in what order, would sequence matter, would the price sheets have to be exported for a given month before the focus data export? Thanks |

@lawlormt , can you check if this has started in April? |

@josesarsa exporting the price sheet first makes no difference. I re deployed and exported all the price sheets first and then the usage. Same result. I'm not sure this could be a hard requirement anyway as I don't think you can create this sequencing/dependency when the exports are scheduled e.g. on a monthly basis. |

Hi - I've just deployed the latest FinOps hubs 13.0. I'm primarily interested in looking at reservation commitment savings. I've exported a couple of months data but unfortunately the ADX rate optimization dashboard shows zero savings. We are an MCA customer and I know there are some known issues due to FOCUS export gaps (e.g. #835, #874, #614) but I thought workarounds had been implemented using data from the price sheet (which I also exported).
I see a data quality report is included in the ADX dashboard (screenshot below) but I'm struggling to interpret these! Are these the same old Focus export data issues and are the workarounds not helping here? Or is there something else I've missed? Any help, suggestions, advice appreciated!
Thanks
Michael
