reactivating terminal

when i open VS code, it always "reactivating terminal" and wouldn't run the codes. When i open the terminal, it always says "Cannot load PSReadline module. Console is running without PSReadline." what should i do in this situation?

Dareen511 Which version of powershell do you have? I might be a good idea to update it to latest.

I am so sorry to bother you. I fixed this issue by setting the Python locator into js, but another problem occurred. Every time I try to run a code, it gives an error "permission denied". can you tell me what I should do?
