feat: enhance logging system with comprehensive diagnostics and monitoring
- Add structured logging with multiple output targets and configurable levels - Implement system monitor for CPU, memory, and disk usage tracking - Add network diagnostics for connectivity and latency monitoring - Create onboarding logger for tracking user setup progress - Integrate diagnostics module for centralized health checks - Update Groq AI integration with improved error handling and logging - Enhance model commands with better logging and error reporting - Add performance tests for logging system benchmarks - Update transcriber with more detailed operation logging
