Previously, `ParseHTTPRequest` and `ParseHTTPResponse` would parse the `flags.SensitiveHeader` string (splitting by comma and building a map) on every single request. This is a hot path for the agent when L7 tracing is enabled. I introduced a `getSensitiveHeaders()` helper that caches the map using a `sync.RWMutex` and double-checked locking, only rebuilding the map if the underlying flag string changes (which is rare, mostly in tests).
