Change equipmentMapping input for connector

ltpAugment::connector, must be changed to ltpAugment::connectorIdentifier.

ConnectorIdentifier also needs some processing to get the connector info:

2 options:

1. have uuid/local-id combination
2. just extract local-id (i.e. same as connector value right now)
