In the CI process, the e2e test case failed at test_axon.
from the log, we can see the test is terminated.

To Reproduce

1. create a PR in subtensor
2. check the failed e2e test case

Expected behavior

All e2e test should be passed.

The issue is fixed via new commit in bittensor staging branch.
