How to configure the default sort for conversations?

Hello,

The default sort for conversations is last_activity_at_asc but we want created_at_asc and when one changes the order and reload the page, it’s back to the default. Is there any way to change that? It seems hardcoded to me.

I'm trying to do this to.
The main types of sorting are no the best for custommer service.

Actually, i'm tryingo to sort like this:

1 priority high to low
2 last acvitity older to newer
