Can't redeem free domain?

Hi everyone,

Hey Guys!

Ok so I go to the URL in order to redeem my pack (https://www.name.com/github-students), It makes me sign in with github. After that I go to get my domain. After selecting the domain, it requires me to log in in order to continue. Once I log in with my personal Google account, it then prompts me to pay with my card.

I was hoping anyone who has had this error in the past and fixed it could help me?

Update: I realized https://www.name.com/partner/github-students was the correct URL but it gives me this image

Hey @AarushKamatCodeRVA, make sure to be logged into GitHub Education with your GitHub account. Go to the pack offers page and click on the Sign in button located on the top right.

Once logged in, you'll be redirected to the main page, so go once again to the pack offers page, scroll down till you find Name.com and click on the following sign-up link:

In case you can't redeem it, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.

As you can see, I am signed in and have access to use my pacl.

However, this is the error that is provided when I click on the link, then sign in with GitHub:

I see @AarushKamatCodeRVA, as a last resort, log out from GitHub, then try again using another browser in incognito mode or another device, such as a mobile phone or PC.

If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.

Nope, I used namecheap (Worst provider ever) :(((

The same issue happened for me, I'm looking for a solution too. For now I contacted their support, hopefully it will work.
