Ability to edit profile from mobile app

Considering most of my photos that I would want to upload are kept on my phone, it would make sense to simply update my avatar on my mobile device, but I can't seem to find any way to update my profile or upload photos from the app, and the only way I've found is to do it from my desktop. I'd like to see an update that gives profile editing capabilities on the mobile app please.

For now, the only workaround is to use GitHub in a mobile browser (e.g. Safari or Chrome). The UI isn’t ideal on a phone, but it does allow you to upload or change your profile avatar directly from your device.
