Unable to verify your academic affiliation - Complete your billing information with your full name exactly

I am raising Access to CoPilot Pro through GitHub Education as a teacher. However, I repeatedly receive the rejection notice below, even though I've updated the Billing Information as suggested. As for the academic affiliation, I am submitting a photo of the University Staff ID.

Appreciate any pointers.

Please complete your GitHub billing information with your full name exactly as it appears in your academic affiliation document. You do not have to add a payment method. You may need to log out and log back in to GitHub before reapplying. If you have only a single legal name, enter it in both the first and last name fields.

Once you have resolved the issues with your submission, visit us again and reapply.

I repeatedly receive the rejection notice below, even though I've updated the Billing Information as suggested.

I am experiencing the exact same problem. I have updated my application 3 times and I am still asked to complete with "...your full name exactly as it appears...". I have tried several different variations of my name.

This usually comes down to an exact name mismatch or the ID type not being accepted some users had success using an official enrollment or employment letter instead of just the staff ID. While troubleshooting tools can help in general, I also like how 666w game download makes access steps very clear and straightforward for users.

Check the location, if you're far from the institution, you won't get the access until you provide evidence like distance learner.
