Bug - FileUpload - FileUploadWithRestrictions example has empty icon wrapper

Describe the problem
The FileUploadWithRestrictions example was reworked as part of #11289 but there's an empty Icon wrapper in the example, which is not visible and doesn't cause any issues, but may be confusing to users who view the example.
