Unable to delete deprecated endpoint

Example of deprecated API endpoint which I want to remove.
Steps:
Run openapi-changes summary -b ./minimalistic_openapi ./minimalistic_openapi_delete.yaml

Expected result:
minimalistic_openapi_delete.yaml has a new version, so breaking changes should be allowed.

Actual result:
Version is treated as pain property without semantics. Deletion is considered as breaking change

This will require a new configuration to check for a version change. Possible, but a good amount of work.
