Since rust-lang/rust#49503, Rust automatically injects a dependency on
compiler_builtinswhenever a dependency oncoreis injected (i.e. allno_stdapplications that aren'tno_core). This means that compilation fails if xargo builds onlycore(which is the default).To also build
compiler_builtins, aXargo.tomlwith the following content is required:The
features = ["mem"]line is not required, but removes the need forrlibc.Edit: With xargo 0.3.12, the
compiler_builtinscrate is built by default. So theXargo.tomlis not necessary (unless you need thealloccrate). In #427, we removed the file again.
