3 pcre tests fail on 10.47 for PHP 8.5 RC5

Description

Building for Alpinelinux where pcre beed updated to 10.47 I see this failures every arch

Should be fixed via #20397, but that's not in RC5. Will be part of a future release.
It's also worth noting that pcre 10.47 has a regression bug, which caused us to downgrade the bundled pcre version in PHP 8.5 last minute to 10.45.
