How did you test this PR?
This change affects iOS devices using the Google Maps API. This has been verified on an iOS Simulator, as well as on device. This can be tested by creating a MapView on iOS and embedding a Marker component. Add the flat prop to the marker. Rotate the map, and watch as the marker rotates with the map view.
