Crypto and other pyramid scheme languages no longer supported in core.

Hi all,

I've taken the liberty of removing Solidity from core Rouge. People wishing to use this lexer are more than welcome to include it as a private extension. I am not willing to negotiate on this point. I will be closing any issue or pull request related to crypto or other pyramid schemes.
