[Feature Request]: Allow for folder whitelist instead of blacklist

Feature Description

I have a lot of folders within my gmail account. Everytime I add one, I need to adjust the folder blacklist.

It would be nice, if there was the option, to set the folders that SHOULD be included instead of setting the ones to ignore. Thanks!

Add new option to select whitelist or blacklist mode for folder

Maybe a more advanced filtering system would be nice (similar to GMAIL), where you can also use something like -TO:mail@domain.com or -FROM:mail@domain.com to skip certain emails with TO, FROM, TOPIC etc.
