[MRG] typo fix, issue #297 (#298)

* typo fix and date change

Fixed a typo in the contributing guide and the date in the citation section of the readme file

* [MRG] renaming, issue #297

Addresses issue #297 about changing every occurrence of 'SKADA : Scikit Domain Adaptation' to 'Scikit Adaptation'
Did not change occurrences of 'SKADA : Scikit Adaptation' as it was not requested.

* date and version change back

Fixed a mistake made in an earlier commit that changed the date andthe version in the citation section of the readme file

* fix issue #297
