To track the samples we have from an individual bone (say, Denisova 3)

We got wishes for a customized color-scheme. e.g. Saint Cesaire: See Figure 8 (Todisco, Mallol et al., 2023), use a colour code close to the names of the stratigraphic units / ensembles (yellow, grey, ...

if the DOI fails, the reference is still created. (but always throws an error because the DOI field has the html holds the doi.org error message)

It would be nice to have the context of the actual fossils as well. To see which layer e.g. Denisova 3 was found in (and if direct dates are available)

Tags to indicate if it was screening, verification etc. QC to say if the library failed...
