Hi, I’m Serhii Smetanskyi — a Software Test & Automation Engineer based in Ukraine. I’m currently a General QA Engineer, Release Coordinator at Namecheap, focusing on AI and Machine Learning.
Most of my career has been focused on software quality, quality management, and test automation, with hands-on experience across functional, API, performance, and end-to-end testing. I have worked extensively with test frameworks and tooling, and in recent years have been increasingly involved in validating AI-driven systems, including LLMs and intelligent agents.
Alongside my QA work, I actively help automate business processes using AI, building intelligent workflows and agents that reduce manual effort, speed up operations, and improve overall efficiency.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me playing tennis, cycling long distances, or enjoying time behind the wheel.
