This follows the same pattern/steps for enabling/disabling as minifyCSS and minifyJS.

@stefanpenner - If we come up with an API, I will implement it. I want them all to be consistent, and I would prefer for ember-cli to NOT have to be configured with everything under the sun...

My idea is a DSL like rails. So per env config DSL and let plugins register namespaces on it or something
