* Using Sass (SCSS + Compass) for CSS creation
* Using Gulp for task automation such as:
  * Compile Sass to CSS
  * Minify this outputted CSS
  * Merge and minify JS files
  * Image (PNG, JPEG, GIF and SVG) optimisation
  * ~~UnCSS to minify the CSS dramatically~~
  * See gulpfile.js for setup commands if needed
