Is Web Speech API usable in ungoogled-chromium?

Hi,

I have a question about the Web Speech API (SpeechRecognition) in ungoogled-chromium.

1. Is the Web Speech API intentionally disabled or non-functional in ungoogled-chromium?
   (For example, due to domain substitution, runtime blocking, or removed features.)

2. If it is disabled by design, is there any supported or recommended way to enable it?

   • e.g. specific patches to remove
   • build-time options
   • or is rebuilding with modified patches the only option?

I understand that ungoogled-chromium removes Google-dependent functionality by design.
I am asking mainly to confirm whether:

• Web Speech API is completely unsupported, or
• there is a documented / known way to make it work (even with trade-offs).
