It's been happening locally where agents try
pnpm build && pnpm test-e2einsidepackages/plugin-rscin fresh work tree, but that fails since rsc examples rely onplugin-reacttoo. What's worse is, currently such failure mode doesn't fail cleanly andtest-e2egets stuck for full timeout (probably playwright default 30 seconds).This PR tweaks fixtures helper and AGENTS.md to address them.
