Generally in my opinion, if it's not part of a block of text and on it's own line or part of a navigation bar it would not be a failure as color is not the only way of communicating information. |

Regarding Success Criterion 1.4.1 Use of Color: in the following example, the link has no stylistic distinction other than a change in text color, but it is placed on its own separate line. Could this be considered a valid second visual cue, or would it still be a failure of 1.4.1?
