Media Crop: Add loading state on block while new cropped image is generated

What problem does this address?

When an image is cropped inline and confirmed - the old (uncropped) version of the image is still shown in the editor until the new (cropped) version is available. When this happens slowly (due to hosting resources or connection speed) it can appear the crop has failed.

What is your proposed solution?

Triggering the loading state on the Image/Cover block could indicate that a change is still updating.

This will happen for large images because there's a round trip to the server. After crop, a new image is created then sent back to the browser, which has to re-load it.

In this respect it works 1:1 with the old cropping experience, so I think we have to wire up a loading state for the 3 blocks that support cropping:

1. Image
2. Site logo
3. Cover
