Both touch buttons are not working. Is there a way to find out why?

I connected the two touch sensors to another ESP32 and checked via the terminal that the buttons are working. I printed the enclosure in PETG, but I noticed that it doesn’t detect my finger afterwards. What material should the enclosure be printed with, and which settings such as layer height or wall thickness are important?

There is a known issue with certain touch pads and their sensitivity not being enough. I have printed enclosures in both PLA and ABS and the touch pads work without issues. You can try to remove/cut C1 capacitor on the PCB. Many people have done this and it fixes the sensitivity issues.
