With this three options you can choose the height of the links in the first link block "Quick access" in the left sidebar, in the further link blocks in the left sidebar such as "Geocaches", "Your hides", "Plan", "Community" and "Trackables" and in the GC little helper II link blocks in the left sidebar such as "All my VIPs", "All my VUPs", "Linklist" and "Default Links" from 20 up to 40 pixel.
Settings -> Dashboard:
