Small tweaks

There are some minor imperfections I found in the project and tried to fix in my pull request:

• The page, code and stylesheet are now separated (it dows not affect the accessability of the files)
• Items table is no more displayed when we call the view on the element (it was empty before and was taking a lot of screen space)
• The name of the first breadcrumb can now be changed in the code
• The time display format can now be changed in the code

Thanks for this great project, it is extrmly useful and it's a shame it is not included in the default add-on store!
