Port the rest of the app over to the NextJS app in `experiment`

This would simplify the architecture.

The experiment app already has most of the core functionality, but major missing things include:

• Office.js integration (for MS Word; look up how to make a nextjs endpoint that includes extra js deps that aren't used in other parts)
• multiple pages, esp chat
• login
