Current state: Partially addressed by existing features:

• System Manifests (req 16.5) — Deploy multi-agent systems from YAML with credentials, permissions, schedules
• deploy_local_agent MCP tool — Deploy agents from local directories
• create_agent MCP tool — Create agent with template + credentials in one call
• Auto-assign subscription (Auto-assign subscription to new agents (round-robin) #74) — New agents automatically get a subscription (round-robin)
• Credential injection (CRED-002) — Inject credentials at creation time

Gap: No single "one-command deploy with credentials for a specific client" flow. The pieces exist but aren't composed into a streamlined UX.

Recommendation: Close as mostly addressed. The combination of system manifests + MCP tools + auto-assign subscription enables the workflow. A "Quick Deploy" UI button could be a minor enhancement tracked separately.
