ci-ocio 2025 build container is now available

The 2025 version of the ci-ocio build container is now available and could be added to the CI build matrix.

You can specify aswf/ci-ocio:2025.0 to get this specific version, or aswf/ci-ocio:2025 to automatically upgrade to any future releases (keeping VFX Platform 2025 compatibility).

This container includes all dependencies required to build OpenColorIO, but not OpenColorIO itself.
