Update from me:

• The error consolidation task is just about done. I have created a draft pull request that I'll open once I can confirm reviewers. On the consultant side I'm not sure who among @jpn--, @i-am-sijia, and @dhensle has the capacity to review it. I'd also like to get an agency partner to review it as well.
• I have started working on the error consolidation task. So far I have found that downgrading this line alone from INFO to DEBUG reduced the size of the logfile for the prototype_mtc example from 3290 KB to 925 KB (a 72% reduction). I'll look to see what's left in that logfile to see if there's any other low-hanging fruits in that effort.
