This doesn't work end-to-end yet. In particular guidelines are not automatically extracted from the agent trajectory.

uv sync --group dev and then

detect-secrets scan --update .secrets.baseline
detect-secrets audit .secrets.baseline

then mark what it found as not a secret
i plan to add a git pre-commit hook that requires this to pass
