Adds ContentIdentity + DedupStore primitives + computeDedupHash utility to @relayfile/core. @relayfile/sdk write methods accept an OPTIONAL contentIdentity param and surface { deduped, originalWriter } on the response. When callers omit contentIdentity, behaviour is exactly today. Server-side KV-backed dedup lookup lands in cloud/packages/relayfile in wave 3. Backward compat preserved: MINOR bump; zero field removals or renames; response surface is purely additive.
