[PWGDQ] Adding Info needed for POI calculations

-Adding histograms with weights: M11REF, M01POI, M1111REF, M0111POI
-Adding histograms with correlator cross- terms: Corr2REFCorr4POI, Corr2POICorr4POI and Corr2REFCorr2POI
-Adding histograms with weights cross- terms: M01M0111, M11M0111 , M11M01 and M11M1111
-Change centrality binning of POI correlators (Updated to smaller binning with 1% centrality intervals.)
-Adding extra checks to deal with "nan/inf" ( for all POI variables used in HistogramsLibrary.cxx)
