Plugin Description

Title mostly explains - On the pixel watch, and I imagine other wear OS watches available, there is a spinnable crown that can scroll through menus. This does not currently work on aliucord, and despite aliucord's non intended support for wear OS it would be quite nice to scroll through menus in class easier.
This also would fix the DMs menu being broken on wear os (find or start a new conversation blocks user from scrolling through)

What it does:

• hooks Android Activity.dispatchGenericMotionEvent
• detects Wear OS rotary crown ACTION_SCROLL events from SOURCE_ROTARY_ENCODER
• finds the focused or visible scrollable view
• translates crown turns into vertical scrollBy, so DMs/menus/lists can move without touch scrolling

Rules/safety notes: this does not call Discord APIs, does not automate Discord user actions, does not collect tokens/auth, does not track users, and is scoped to local accessibility-style input handling only. GitHub Actions build passed. I do not have a Pixel Watch here, so this still needs real-device confirmation.
