The problem of the crashing after prolonged operation in VirtualBox

SSH to connect to it for development work. After a certain period of time, the SSH connection would be disconnected (for more than a day). I checked in VirtualBox and found that the entire interface was frozen and wouldn't move. Eventually, I had to forcefully shut down the virtual machine. The operating system being used is AnduinOS 1.4.1.

I'm not sure if this will solve your problem,

but I can suggest you try the following steps to see if the same problem persists.
