Removes [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp), [electron-packager](https://github.com/electron/electron-packager) and [webpack-cli](https://github.com/webpack/webpack-cli).
