Switch from master to trunk as main branch.

Build system

Remove dependency on Node's util package, from generate-function from is-my-json-valid. This may involve exploring alternatives to is-my-json-valid.
Figure out how to load config.wpcom.json without needing a webpack plugin.
Update react-scripts and dependencies and remove custom build config script.

Contributions

Disable the CircleCI build that fails on every PR but doesn't do anything (or update it so tests will run)

Improvements and new features

Update React to a newer version
Add a JSON diff viewer
Refresh/resubmit previous api calls (refresh button)
Click-to-edit previous API calls using the Query Builder grid system
