Videos Uploaded On Atomic Sites Do Not Play Sound on Video URL Page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to My Site > Media on an Atomic site.
2. Upload a video with sound
3. After uploading, click to edit the video and copy the video URL. There is no sound on the direct video URL. However, there is sound on the video in the media library.

What I expected to happen

To hear the sound on the Video URL Page. For instance, on my test site, this URL - https://videos.files.wordpress.com/XbsACnRO/screen-capture-on-2021-09-06-at-15-35-26_mp4_hd.mp4 has no sound. However, I hear the sound in the media library.

What actually happened

Clicking the audio icon on the video URL page makes no difference. It is greyed out.

Context

In 30632442-hc, user uploaded a video and they said the video had no sound when embedded on a page.

I took a look at their media library and I saw this error message:

I tested uploading a video with audio on my atomic site and two media items are created. One static image and one video. The video plays with sound in the media library but without sound on the video URL link.

Another case here: 21231319-hc . User is able to hear the sound when previewed in Media Library, but when they view the link directly, or someone downloads the file via a Woo purchase, there's no sound.

Another case here: 2620090-hc. The problem is one of their videos does have sound on the page and in the media. But other videos don't have sound on the page. All video has sound in the media library.

One thing I noticed is that, we are using different src URLs for showing video in the media library and page.
