Regenerated all diagram images from the .mmd/.dot sources updated in PR #49. Fixed 3-char hex colors in .dot file to 6-char (graphviz compatibility). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
