@sklppy88 do you plan on investigating the partial notes delivery in TXE? Asking because I am wondering whether I should I just close this PR or whether it's by any chance useful for you. |

Yep, feel free to keep this up, I've figured out the issue and will be putting up a PR tomorrow for review. You should then be able to merge this in after that one goes in 😄 |

@sklppy88 I would say this PR is a good check whether your partial notes delivery in TXE works so I think you should merge it to your PR and then close it. |
